San Francisco City Hall and 25 Lusk Wedding Photography | Shawn & Sara

City Hall weddings are some of my favorite weddings because they are much more intimate than most weddings I photograph and I really get to spend quality time with my couples and their families.

Shawn and Sara are two very sweet people from Reno that decided to get married at San Francisco City Hall and throw a beautiful dinner party at 25 Lusk, which was designed and coordinated by the talented Tamara at Tamara J Events. From their getting ready photos, to the cable car ride, and lastly, their reception, there was never a dull moment!

I have to applaud Shawn, graphic designer extraordinaire, for his amazing artistic skills in designing the wedding invitations, San Francisco landmark handkerchiefs, which acted as gifts for their visiting family members. Because of Sara's busy work schedule, Shawn took it upon himself to make sure to check in with me and make sure we captured the perfect photos for the two of them.

Congratulations you two! We had so much fun with you and your families!

Intimate Oceanside Wedding in Stinson Beach, CA | Shennen & Marcus

Shennen and Marcus are such a sweet couple and they really wanted to have an intimate, low key wedding surrounded by their families and close friends. Marcus loves Stinson Beach and even used to go surfing there in the past. This is just one of the reasons they chose this beautiful location for their wedding day! Their venue was a craftsman house with a big patio and ocean views, which was the perfect place for their ceremony, which was full of laughter and plenty of happy tears, while the waves of the ocean crashed in the background. The house itself is a landmark residence with incredible architecture, designed by renown Marin architect, John Marsh Davis.

Shennen and Marcus must be the most laid back couple I have ever met. I love how they and their guests really enjoyed just being in each others company and weren't as concerned about adhering to a strict schedule. It was a nice change from the usual, busy wedding day schedule.

It was a beautiful, romantically foggy day. Could you ask for more? Congratulations Shennen and Marcus!
